I didn’t realize until after I placed my order that I had ordered the wrong product. Their customer service was excellent, and quick to respond. They fixed my order. And the products are great! Been using Spongelle for about a year now and love it!

Different fragrances is great! Get more washes for less$$. I love my spongelles, and give them as gifts to all my friends
