Domestic Shipping

From Monday to Friday, all orders confirmed before 4 p.m. (PST) are processed that same day. If you place an order on Friday after 4 p.m. (PST), Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, it will be processed on the first business day after.

Receive free shipping on order over $50 after discounts are applied.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

Our $6.95 flat rate shipping option is shipped by the best carrier we see fit. Most packages under 2lbs will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and packages over 2lbs are mainly shipped via FedEx. Orders over $50+ that receive free shipping will also be shipped via FedEx.

When you place an order for an item/s online, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email. This is not the same as a ‘shipping confirmation’ email. With our Standard Delivery method ($6.95 Flat Rate or Priority Mail), orders are processed with 1-2 business days and are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an Order Confirmation email 10-15 minutes after placing your order. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.

Expedited shipments will be processed and shipped up to 2 business days after the order is placed. We do our very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any specific concerns.

*Orders Saturday, Sunday, or on public holidays will be processed on the first business day after.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, orders may take up to 5-10 business days to be delivered depending on when it is picked up, what time of the week it is, and how far away it is being sent to. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the actual time in transit.

With USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Standard FedEx ground deliveries will arrive within 7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. PO BOX/APO/FPO addresses are shipped with FedEx SmartPost if standard delivery option is chosen at checkout (Standard FedEx SmartPost can take up to 7+ business days, APO/FPO orders can take up to 4 weeks and are delivered by USPS).

If you have a package that has been shipped and it has not arrived with in the average delivery time period (5 to 10 days), please contact us. Please include your full name, complete shipping address and order number. A phone number, if provided, will allow us to personally contact you to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Rejected packages, and packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address will be returned to the Spongelle warehouse. The order will be considered as cancelled. Refunds are issued and posted within 5-7 business days from the date of such return.


International Shipping

As used in these Terms of Sale “Global-e”, “we”, "our" or "us" means the applicable Global-e Contracting Party (as defined below). Global-e is the sales facilitation and fulfilment partner of the brand or retailer operating this e-commerce web-store (“Store Owner” and “Store”, respectively), where the products or services were made available to you for purchase through the checkout ("Product"). The Store Owner has an agreement with Global-e allowing Global-e to act as the merchant of record, in Global-e’s name and on behalf of the Store Owner. 

By placing your order to purchase one or more Products (each, an “Order”) through the checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Sale and the Privacy and Cookies Policy (which is available on the checkout) (together, “Terms”) in their entirety, and you agree to be bound by them. These Terms define your legal relationship regarding the checkout, the placement of Orders, and the purchase of Products underlying such Orders.

If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not complete your Order

These Terms are entered into force in the English language and governed by it. You agree that any translation, if provided, is available for your convenience only (unless otherwise required by applicable law). 

If you are placing your Order for fulfilment into one of the following countries, please refer to Annex 1 by following this LINK, to access additional and specific terms that apply to you and your Order: Australia, Brazil, Canada, any destination or country which is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. 

The "Global-e Contracting Party" under these Terms is the entity which will invoice you for the purchase of the Product as listed on your invoice and in the Contact Us page on the checkout.
