We have a 30 day return policy from the time you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization form and provide order details such as order number, purchaser name, and/or email address. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return label. You may also choose to generate a label yourself as you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if no error was made on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a label was provided for you.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted.
