Returns

We have a 30 day return policy from the time you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Please email customerservice@spongelle.com for a return authorization form and provide order details such as order number, purchaser name, and/or email address. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return label. You may also choose to generate a label yourself as you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if no error was made on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a label was provided for you.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are shipping a package worth over $75, please consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to your account. Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued to your original method of payment. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from receiving your package, please contact us atcustomerservice@spongelle.com.

Exchanges

You have 10 days to exchange and item for equal or lesser priced product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, meaning it must be in its original packaging. Send us an email at customerservice@spongelle.com and send your item to:

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item if no error was made on our behalf. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you received a defective or damaged item, and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof of damages at customerservice@spongelle.com and send your item within 7 days to:

You will not responsible for shipping costs on damaged or missing products.

Package Received as a Gift

If you received a gift item that was purchased and shipped directly to you, and you would like to return it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
