Spongellé® “Labubu Giveaway” Promotion — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Spongellé LLC (“Sponsor”), 9673 Topanga Canyon Pl, Chatsworth, California 91311, USA.
2. Promotion Period
The “Labubu Giveaway” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 27, 2025and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 27, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All times PT.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+ (19+ in AL/NE; 21+ in MS). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, distribution partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter (Purchase Required)
A Qualifying Purchase made at spongelle.com during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry into the drawing pool for the calendar day the order is placed (order timestamp PT).
- Multiple entries permitted: Each separate Qualifying Purchase is a separate entry.
- Exclusions: Wholesale orders, gift-card-only purchases, taxes, shipping charges, canceled/refunded orders, and purchases from third-party retailers are not qualifying.
- No code needed. No other entry methods are offered.
5. Prize
Daily Prize (31 total, one per day): One (1) surprise Labubu collectible figure; style/model may vary in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household across the Promotion. No cash alternative except at Sponsor’s discretion; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Fulfillment
On or about the next business day following each calendar day beginning September 27th and running until October 27th 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that day to select one (1) potential winner.
- Order winners: No code is required; Sponsor will include the Labubu figure in the winner’s shipment or ship it separately to the order’s shipping address. The winner will discover the prize in their package.
- If a winning order is later canceled/refunded, Sponsor may require return of the prize or deduct its value from any refund.
7. Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible purchases received for each day.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Proof of purchase submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. If the Promotion is impaired by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.
9. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing/typographical errors; (d) lost/late/garbled data; (e) injury or damage related to acceptance/use of the prize. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.
11. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated herein as included in the prize.
12. Disputes; Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and entrants waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at spongelle.com and will be used to administer the Promotion and deliver prizes.
14. Third Parties
“Labubu” and related marks are the property of their respective owners, who are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Promotion. Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms are not associated with this Promotion.
