These were exactly as promised. All of the ladies in my family were so thrilled to receive various products from Spongelle!
Missed two Noel's from my order and have repeatedly contacted Spongelle, but no response from Customer Service yet. Hope remains solid as a reputable company such as this will usually get mistakes corrected.
