To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Please email [email protected] for a return authorization form and provide order details such as order number, purchaser name, and/or email address. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return label. You may also choose to generate a label yourself as you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if no error was made on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a label was provided for you.

破損または紛失した商品の送料は負担しません。

購入され、直接発送されたギフト商品を受け取り、返品を希望される場合、返品金額に応じたギフトクレジットをお渡しします。返品された商品を受け取り次第、e-giftカードをEメールでお送りします。購入時にギフトとしてマークされていなかった場合、またはギフトの贈り主がお客様に贈るために自分宛に発送した場合は、ギフトの贈り主に返金をお送りし、贈り主がお客様の返品について知ることになります。
