To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and reason for return. Please email [email protected] for a return authorization form and provide order details such as order number, purchaser name, and/or email address. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return label. You may also choose to generate a label yourself as you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if no error was made on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a label was provided for you.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to your account. Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued to your original method of payment.
